  • The Cultural Center at Franck-Haus

  • After its restoration the Franck-Haus has become the cultural center of Marktheidenfeld. At regular intervals, exhibitions are held here and during the year there are several events like readings or concerts. The ballroom is used mainly for marriages, but also for official receptions.

The rooms at the rear of the building are also used for visiting exhibitions.

At the rear, there is also the Franck-Stube, a restaurant with Franconian and international kitchen. Weather allowing, you can also sit outside and enjoy a good glas of Franconian wine.

The old vault cellar, the birthplace of German sparkling wine, is used mainly by the restaurant as a wine bar and for special events. It is also used for meetings or receptions of the History Club or the city administration.

Behind the Franck-Haus, at the end of the passage to Stiergasse, the History Club of Marktheidenfeld and Surroundings has installed a Blacksmith Museum. You can visit it during the opening hours of Franck-Haus.
