Each year the Laurenzi Fair at Marktheidenfeld, which is well-known in the region, attracts thousands of visitors. Celebrating "the Hädefeld way" is on the agenda this year at the 65th Laurenzi Fair from August 9 - 18.
The heart of the festival is the large beer tent on Martinswiese, the enormous beer garden with view of the river Main, a cozy wine village directly by the Main cycling track and of course the large fun fair with many attractions for the young and the old.
An important part of the Laurenzi atmosphere is the Laurenzi market with numerous market stalls along the river. The restaurants and shops of Marktheidenfeld have a lot of special offers for you and of course there are the spectacular fireworks on the last day of the fair. A relatively new feature of the fair is the trade exhibition in several halls on the fair ground with about 50 exhibitors, who offer their goods from noon to 10 pm.
You may expect a top-class fair with all the bells and whistles. You can look forward to taste the smooth but strong Laurenzi Festival Beer of Marktheidenfeld's brewery Martinsbräu, or selected wines in the "Hädefeld Wine Village" as well as an extensive offer of various foods and delicacies.
